OCE has been working with Performance Advantage (PA) for over 3 years. The team at PA initially helped customize SugarCRM for our original use case, opportunity tracking and a searchable database of all contacts. Since implementation PA has helped OCE expand our utilization of SugarCRM to online client intake, online contact management (via a Constant Contact API) and contract management via a central repository of all contracts and key tasks and their owners. PA as our CRM partner has been a great help in allowing OCE to maximize the return on its SugarCRM investment.
