Do you find yourself having to work between spreadsheets? Or applications? Maybe you have to use separate forms to pull data, then manually enter that data into another system, and then manually follow up with your customers?
This sounds like very tedious work and this can lead to information overload, missing information, or simply, the job just not getting done! As mundane as these tasks seem, this process is critical to your business success and it must be done.
Who needs Integration?
One of our clients has a continuing education program, and via their website and LinkedIn have forms to collect contact information of potential students. For every course they offer, they would make another form in Google Forms to embed in their websites, and a duplicate of it in LinkedIn to use on that platform.
As students enter data, each platform (Google and LinkedIn) would collect student information and just sit there. It was up to dedicated staff to go into each form and export the results for every form. Then, they would import the data into their CRM. This was to be a daily task that rarely was completed. The goal of importing the student information into the CRM was to allow their Sales/Recruitment teams to contact students to provide them further information or register for courses.
The integration we provided connected the Google and LinkedIn forms directly to the CRM. By automating this business process we enabled the recruitment team to access the new lead information immediately. We also saved them a lot of time!

What is the solution to this problem?
Software integration allows you to integrate your software where possible to minimize repetition and manual work. This also removes mundane repetitive tasks, allowing you to focus on more important work. Applications can now connect and share information with each other, providing you with the ability to get more done in less time. This can also save paper, reduce errors and mitigate data loss.
