Hi.  My name is Jim Love and I'm the President and founder of Performance Advantage.  I founded the company in 2003 after leaving a very successful career running the international consulting practice for a major system integrator.  It was a great job.  I loved the people.  But as I said to the President when I resigned - "I told you when it stopped being fun, I'd be gone."   It had stopped being fun.

Why?  Lot's of reasons.  When I started with that company, we were tremendously concerned with clients.  We focused on our people.  We had a culture of collaboration.  We valued straight talk  There were a million reasons why were were a great supplier and a great place to work.  Somewhere along the line we lost that thread.

For me, life is just too damn short for all of that.  I want to do the best I can do.  I want real results for my clients.  I want to make a difference.  I want to work with the best people I can.  I want to like each and every one of our clients and be a major factor in their success.

Life is never perfect.  As the Rolling Stones said, "You can't always get what you want."   But I'd change that --- because if you "try some time, you just might find" you can get what you want.  I have.
